Why Your Support Matters
In our ever-changing world, every interaction is a chance to make an impact. At the LSU College of Human Sciences & Education, we are not sideline sitters; we are changemakers, and we leave an imprint — not a light one, but one that alters landscapes, challenges minds, forges new futures, and reimagines the status quo.
The impact of our work is felt far beyond the gates of LSU. Through teaching, research, and service, our faculty, staff, students, and alumni are passionately committed to addressing the complex education, health, and human issues facing our society.
The college is comprised of the Lutrill & Pearl Payne School of Education, the School of Information Studies, the School of Kinesiology, the School of Leadership & Human Resource Development, and the School of Social Work. These combined schools offer eight undergraduate degree programs, 20 graduate programs, and 15 online degree and/or certificate programs. With four centers and institutes, as well as a K-12 laboratory school and laboratory preschool, we educate more than 5,800 students from birth to PhD.
This LSU Giving Day, your gift will strengthen the winning teams that drive the College of Human Sciences & Education forward. Thank you for your support!
