Impact Areas

Your generosity on LSU Giving Day impacts the following priority initiatives:

1. LSUE Golden Award Fund
Increased scholarship support for LSUE's students will ensure an excellent education remains accessible and affordable for all who wish to pursue higher education. Students receiving scholarship support will be able to focus fully on the content of their studies. Performing well academically will prepare students for employment that benefits them and their communities. Our goal is to provide support for 10 students annually.

2. Undergraduate Research Summer Institute
LSU Eunice is one of the few two-year institutions to actively engage in undergraduate research projects. Students and faculty mentors are paired to conduct research projects. Each team is awarded $500 stipend to complete a research project.

3. Office of Student Support Services
A student emergency fund is necessary to assist students with small one-time needs, tutoring services, and much more. Funds also support student events, treats during finals and much more.
