Priority Funds

Annual Fund for Excellence: Diseases are interconnected — so is our research and so is our funding. The Annual Fund for Excellence raises critical unrestricted funds that support our researchers to accelerate the exploration of new ideas, innovative techniques, life-changing programs, and powerful technologies. Gifts to this fund help make new and existing programs competitive for state and federal grants, drive community programming and impact, allow our researchers to purchase necessary equipment, and support the center in recruiting and retaining top talent from around the world.

The Executive Director's Priorities: The Executive Director’s Priorities Fund provides leadership the capacity and flexibility to address emerging scientific opportunities and pressing challenges in biomedical research, especially those with the potential for extraordinary impact, as well as a range of other unanticipated but essential opportunities which help promote and support the work of Pennington Biomedical.
